Terms & Conditions for Season’s Givings Giveaway

  1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to customers who place an online order through the MC Dental website during the Giveaway Period.
1.2. Customers will be automatically entered into the draw.
1.3. The giveaway is only applicable to dental high-speed handpieces from recognised major dental manufacturers.

  1. Giveaway Period & How to Enter

2.1. Each qualifying online order placed between 1st December, and 22nd December will grant one (1) entry into the prize draw.
2.2. No additional purchase or payment is required beyond the qualifying order.

  1. Prize Details

3.1. One winner will receive two (2) high-speed handpiece repairs by MC Repairs.
3.2. Repairs will be completed using generic parts.
3.3. Each repaired handpiece will include a 6-month manufacturer warranty on the parts fitted.
3.4. The winner will receive a discount voucher and unique code to include when sending the handpieces to MC Repairs for service.

  1. Voucher Terms

4.1. The voucher and discount code are valid for a single use only.
4.2. The voucher cannot be reissued, replaced, or transferred to another customer.
4.3. The code must be included with the handpieces at the time they are sent to MC Repairs.
4.4. Your Free handpiece repairs will only be valid for 6 Months.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random after the Giveaway Period ends.
5.2. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their qualifying order.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, MC Repairs reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. General Terms

6.1. MC Dental Ltd and MC Repairs reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the giveaway at any time without notice.
6.2. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.3. All standard MC Dental and MC Repairs terms of service apply.
