Description
W&H Osstell ISQ Module. Measurable Stability
Implant stability can be measured precisely with the W&H Osstell ISQ Module, which is available as an accessory. The measured Implant Stability Quotient is confirmed by numerous clinical trials.
Measurement result
ISQ (Implant Stability Quotient) is a measurement scale for use with the RFA (Resonance Frequency Analysis) method of determining implant stability. It is presented by a resonanced frequency (kHz) on a clinically useful scaled of 1 to 100 ISQ.
Thus, osseointegration can be observed during the treatment progress to diagnose the optimum moment for the load of the implant.
Measurement of osseointegration
SmartPegs are high precision small metal bars, which are screwed into the implant for measurement. SmartPegs are easy to insert and can be used in even the most limited spaces in the patient’s mouth.
SmartPegs are for single patient use only and are available for different implant systems.
Included in scope of delivery:
- Promo code for 5 sterile packed SmartPegs – Find your SmartPeg here
- TestPeg for learning the application
- SmartPeg mount to crew-in SmartPegs securely
Where can I buy the SmartPegs?
A voucher will be included with any unit purchased, enabling the purchaser to request 5 free SmartPegs.
Documentation of osseointegration
The documentation function conveniently saves all values of the implant insertion on a USB stick.
