The new rotor shape was developed using a state-of-the-art computer simulation and fluid analysis software.
This rotor delivers a significant 6W boost in power from 20W to 26W.
The handpiece becomes an extension of the operator and provides a cutting feel that facilitates more intricate operations.
Its elegant, slim design is replete with the expertise and technology accumulated over decades by the handpiece experts at NSK.
Clean Head System The Clean Head System has an anti-suck back mechanism that stops blood and foreign matter from entering the head from the oral cavity. As a result, the ball bearings and mechanical parts last longer.
Wide Fitting This lineup features models that are compatible with couplings of all companies, and can be connected to units currently in use. With this design, you can easily use NSK handpieces without being tied down to a particular unit.
Quattro Spray Sprays more effectively over the entire bur for better cooling.
All Stainless Body: The handpiece body is stainless steel, making it corrosion resistant and sturdy. Its satin-like finish fits comfortably in your hand.
Please note, all S-MAX M series are available with optics, but only NSK, Kavo and W&H are available in non optic.

The NSK S-Max pico series has been developed for the operation of Minimal Intervention (M.I). The ultra mini head and super slim handpiece design is the result of fine NSK precision engineering allowing a wider view of the operational field, and greater flexibility for dexterity.
